Machine parts:

	Friendly LCD control panel in English, easy and convenient for operating. It has Start, Pause, Stop, Test, Datum, Laser, Menu, Stop buttons. You can operate the machine with these buttons. For example, move the working table up&down , cut, engrave, outline and others. Emergency stop can stop the machine immediately.
	USB This is used to connect the USB station. You can edit the pictures on your computer, and then copy them to the USB disk. Plug the USB disk here, then the machine will perform what you edit.
	6515 control card The controller is the heart of the laser machine. Connect with computer/USB. After you download the project to 6515 controller, it can do all the work.
	Air Pump It will cool the material when engraving and cutting. Blow the fragments of material slit. So the laser can cut thicker. Blow the exhaust gas, which protects the lens of getting dirty/broken.
	Exhaust fan Romove the exhaust gas from the working area. Blow the dust away, because if the dust gets on the lens and mirrors, it will influence the effect of engraving and cutting. It can also adsorb the light material, such as fabric, paper or cloth. Just like vacuum.
	Inside Lamb Through the window, you can see what is happening inside the machine. The lamb provides brighter light.
	Laser power The laser power are matched with the laser tube, for example, 80W laser tube needs 80W laser power.
	Laser tube 1. 60W, 80W, 100W, 150W, 180W, according to the thickness you need to cut. 2. Laser tube are available in two kinds, normal ones (1500-3000hours); long life ones (8000 to 10000hours) 3. 150W, 180W are the longer life tubes.
	Up&down Working table The up&down working table is able to move 300mm. Enables engraving and cutting of thicker material.
	Rotation Unit With rotation unit, you can engrave on cylinder material, such as bottles.
	Water CoolerUsed for cooling the laser tube. The water cooling effect ensures longer life of the laser tube.
	Castor Wheels and bottom footingEvery machine has four castor wheels and bottom footings. Bottom footing makes the machine more stable. Castor wheel enable the machine to relocate more easily.
